Scaling for bigger guest lists
Packages are built for up to 250 guests. Above that, two things automatically apply — both are already factored into your quote above.
Extra coordinators (250+ guests)
Billed once your guest count passes 250, at the client's cost. Rate depends on how many days your event runs.

Ushering team (mandatory)
For seamless coordination we require a trained ushering team — ₵350 per usher. We won't proceed with day-off coordination without it.

Terms & conditions, in plain language
The essentials from our full contract — ask us for the complete document during your consultation.
💳 Payment policies
- 50% of the total cost is due as a non-refundable deposit to secure your date, upon signed agreement.
- The remaining 50% balance is due two weeks before the event date.
- Dates & times are only reserved once the deposit and signed contract are received; payment without a signed contract still signifies acceptance of our agreement.
- Packages cover up to 250 guests and a bridal team of up to 14 — beyond either, extra coordination charges apply.
🕘 Working hours
- Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00am – 8:00pm. Mondays & Sundays are our off days.
- On event days, messaging response is limited while we're on-site.
- Clients get 9–13 working hours on event day, starting from 7:00am.
🚗 Transportation & accommodation
- Transportation within Central Accra is free.
- Suburbs & towns outside central Accra attract an extra transport cost (set by Ritz Events) plus accommodation if dress-up starts before 7:00am.
- Outside Accra overnight: client covers transport & accommodation. Kumasi, Takoradi & Tamale are reached by flight only.
- Any meetings or errands outside our standard planning services are billed separately.
↩️ Cancellations & changes
- Cancelling 8 weeks or less before the event forfeits the deposit entirely — no refund.
- Cancelling earlier than 8 weeks: if payment was made in full, 50% is refunded.
- One free date change per booking, within the same calendar year; further changes cost ₵1,000.
- If Ritz Events cannot proceed due to abuse, refusal to honour agreed terms, or unforeseeable circumstances, clients who paid in full are entitled to a 30% refund.
⚖️ Force majeure
- Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control — strikes, civil or military disturbance, natural disaster, government action, epidemic or pandemic. Both parties agree to reach an amicable resolution should this occur.
